AIMS OF THE STUDY PROGRAMME:

The aim of the legal theory is the utilization of modern ideas and trends in philosophy and theory of law and training for self-evaluation and assessment of the situation, trends and directions of development in national and comparative legal processes in light of the fundamental, legal-philosophical and legal-theoretical values, principles and concepts .

The aim of civil law is deepening and broadening of the understanding and mastering of modern institutes in positive property, obligation, family and civil procedural law and their use in judicial and administrative practice and training for independent analysis of the positive civil lawinstitutes, independent writing of general legal acts which govern the area of civil law and individual solving of cases in civil law.

 

The aim of the criminal law is deepened and expanded understanding and mastering of theory and contemporary institutes of positive criminal law and criminal procedural law, criminology and criminal justice, and their application in the jurisprudence.

The aim of the general security is education, enabling and training students to perform the most complex tasks in the field of security by mastering the latest knowledge in the field of criminal law and public safety areas and acquiring skills for their successful implementation.

MASTER’S THESIS AND DEGREE

A student who meets all prerequisites and passeS all the exams determined by the appropriate study programme at the master academic studies acquires the right to submit the final work.

A student who completes the graduate studies at the Faculty of Law receives the title of Master of Law with a note of the stream of study:

  • Master of law – legal theory
  • Master of law – civil law
  • Master of law – criminal law
  • Master of law – general security law

 

LECTURERS

Lecturers are professors at the Faculty of law (as well as the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis) with extensive experience in practice, and international university experience. In the current school year, lectures at Master academic studies are carried out by:
